Sawston Parish Council recently updated the pavilion at Mill Lane recreation ground.
The cost of the build was £263,937 with £169,200 from S106 money (developer contributions) and the remainder from Parish Council reserves.
The changing rooms are now in line with the FA requirements and the main hall is much larger with a newly fitted kitchen and is available for hire.
