The Staff Management committee meets around four times a year. Its remit is to oversee all council employees including recruitment and review, and to make recommendations on salaries to full council. It also provides a forum for council staff to raise issues with councillors.
The committee is made up of the Chair & Vice Chair of the council, plus two other councillors elected at the annual meeting each year.
